





Moshier Studio provided LEED® Champion and Executive Architect services for this award-winning apartment redevelopment located in the heart of the Cultural District in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The 78,972 square-foot adaptive reuse of the historic 1907 office building into market rate and affordable apartments is LEED Gold certified. An innovative bike center is located next to the historic building, and is available for tenant and public use.
