Moshier Studio designed a new 20,000 square foot community center in Cumberland, Maryland, to house Allegany County HRDC agency offices and a senior center. The facility also includes a commercial kitchen and multi-purpose rooms.
As a key building in the revitalization of the neighborhood of South Cumberland, the project also serves as a model for green building development in the region, and features a green roof.
