Moshier Studio worked with Pashek Associates and the Morningside Area Community Council to create plans for the revitalization of the Morningside Business District.
Using research on the neighborhood's rich history, its future growth trends, and feedback from community business owners and residents, Moshier Studio compiled a site plan that highlights the unique identity of the neighborhood, details ways to budget and plan for a future of lively business investment and opportunity, and increase visual appeal, safety and community-building opportunities.
