Moshier Studio is an architectural firm in the Shadyside neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Our clients are interested in high-performance and sustainable work and learning environments, and recognize the value of our hands-on approach.
Our partners are Cherie H. Moshier, AIA and Gary P. Moshier, AIA. The present firm was established in 2003 as a successor firm to a sole proprietorship established by Cherie in 1998.
Most of our clients own, occupy and operate the buildings we design. We guide such owners through a process where stakeholders are heard, and responsible use of funds is demonstrated. This leads to a facility that supports and enhances their mission.
Moshier Studio principals are members of AIA Pittsburgh, U.S. Green Building Council, and The Green Building Alliance. Moshier Studio is certified as a Woman Business Enterprise in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Maryland. Our offices are located within a state designated Enterprise Zone.
