Our partners are Cherie H. Moshier, AIA and Gary P. Moshier, AIA. The present firm was established in 2003 as a successor firm to a sole proprietorship established by Cherie in 1998.
Most of our clients own, occupy and operate the buildings we design. We guide such owners through a process where stakeholders are heard, and responsible use of funds is demonstrated. This leads to a facility that supports and enhances their mission.
Moshier Studio principals are members of AIA Pittsburgh, the United States Green Building Council and The Green Building Alliance. Moshier Studio is certified as a Woman Business Enterprise by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
